We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Duty Manager to join our operations team.
The successful candidate will have a customer focus, aiming to achieve high standards with a hands-on leadership style. Key areas of responsibility will include ensuring their team offer excellent customer service, exceptional delivery of our programme and faultless presentation of our facility and staff. Leading from the front the Duty Manager will understand the culture required and impart that onto others. Duties include banking, promotion and the sale of services directly to customers, ensuring the building is clean and well maintained at all times, manage any day to day staff issues and assist with service delivery as necessary. A pro-active and positive attitude towards problem solving will be fundamental to success.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person that can hit the ground running. We are looking for a self-motivated, quality focused individual with a keen eye for detail. Ideally you will have a leisure background and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. An NPLQ qualification is desirable. Experience with a swimming pool plant room would also be desirable.
This position will be subject to an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.

We are looking for enthusiastic, polite and confident individuals to host our popular children’s parties. This role is ideally suited to young people aged 16 – 18 years. The ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills with children is essential. We pride ourselves on excellent delivery of our parties to ensure parents, guardians and children walk away with a real sense of feeling looked after.

TRAMPOLINE COACH (Writhlington Sports Centre)
Hours – Part time
Hourly Rate – £13.53
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of Writhlington Sports Centre ‘s extensive and professional Trampoline Programme. The ideal candidate would need to demonstrate the following:-
Level 2 Trampoline Coach qualification however we do welcome applications from those without a coaching qualification as we will enrol successful candidates on the relevant NGB courses. The only prerequisite is a bubbly and engaging personality!
Available to work weekends and evenings
Ability to deal professionally and confidently with children and adults
Able to teach recreational and development Trampoline lessons
To be able to demonstrate experience of working alongside Assistant Coaches and Volunteers to deliver the programme’s aims
