All sessions can be booked 9 days in advance (Inclusive Members only) and 7 days in advance (Non Members) either online or by calling reception on 01761 252631.
PLEASE NOTE – Non members will be unable to access facilities/classes during the following hours at Writhlington as the reception desk isn’t staffed

Please note that bank holidays there are no instructor led classes running at either site but the virtual programme at Writhlington sports centre will run between 9am and 5pm in line with our bank holiday opening hours.
Our classes are open to everyone and cater for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace. We do allow children aged 11 – 15 to participate in most of our workout classes (please see timetable below to see which classes are excluded). Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years. We only permit 2 children per 1 adult. Please note we do not permit non participating children of any age to attend with their parents for safety reasons. Non participating children are however welcome to attend with their parent for our pre or postnatal classes. All of our classes are suitable for postnatal women following six week check. Please inform the instructor on arrival as they may need to offer alternative exercises.
