Our group exercise classes are held in spacious air conditioned fitness studios.

If you are new to group exercise and would like to try a taster of what we offer then why not try our FREE introduction to group exercise class which consists of four 15 minute taster sessions of our most popular workout classes.

All sessions can be booked 9 days in advance (Inclusive Members only) and 7 days in advance (Non Members) either online or by calling reception on 01761 252631.
Our classes are open to everyone and cater for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace. We do allow children aged 11 – 15 to attend most of our workout classes (please see timetable below to see which classes are excluded). Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years. We only permit 2 children per 1 adult. All of our classes are suitable for postnatal women following six week check. Please inform the instructor on arrival as they may need to offer alternative exercises.
