We take childrens health and fitness seriously. These sessions give children the opportunity of using the latest health and fitness equipment all with their own T.V screens! With many children now leading inactive lifestyles these sessions are a fantastic, effective and fun way for children to get fit. Each child will have an individual exercise programme written for them by a qualified fitness instructor. Children are fully supervised throughout each session ensuring that they are exercising in a safe and effective manner. The gym is a fun and sociable environment allowing children to challenge themselves as they become fit and healthy.
